What data we process

Waitlist: your email address.

App: your account (name, email address), your stamp cards and the businesses where you collected stamps.

Partner requests: name, company name, email address and mobile number.

Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to provide tapyea (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to inform you about the launch if you have agreed (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and to run our services securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for each purpose. Waitlist data is deleted when you unsubscribe. Account data is deleted when you delete your account, unless statutory retention periods require otherwise.

Recipients

Businesses only see the stamps collected with them. We use carefully selected providers for hosting and email who process your data only on our behalf. [add providers]

Cookies

This website only uses technically necessary storage, for example for your language choice. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. [check before launch]

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time. Just write to office@tapyea.com.
