Scope

These terms apply to customers using the tapyea app and website. Separate partner terms apply to businesses.

What tapyea offers

tapyea is a digital stamp card. You show your QR code at the counter, the business grants stamps, and they land on your card in the app.

Using tapyea is free for customers.

Registration and account

You need an account to use tapyea. Your details must be correct and you keep your login private. One account per person.

Stamps and rewards

Each business decides how many stamps a purchase earns and what a full card unlocks. You see the rules on every card.

The business is responsible for redeeming and providing the reward. Stamps have no cash value and cannot be paid out or transferred.

Fair use

Please use tapyea for genuine purchases only. Manipulation, automated access or misuse leads to the account being blocked.

Availability

We work to keep tapyea running at all times. Short interruptions for maintenance or updates may occur.

Liability

We are only liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. This does not apply to personal injury or mandatory consumer rights.

Termination

You can delete your account in the app at any time. Open stamps then expire.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will let you know in good time in the app or by email.

Governing law

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
